Disneyland

I love Disneyland! I love to go, I love the excitement on my kids faces, I love the magic of it, I love the rides, but I really only love to go every few years. Rory on the other hand hates Disneyland, he hates the crowds, he hates waiting in line, he hates the high prices, he hates rides, he just hates the whole thing.
The last time he went to Disneyland, Paiton was about 3 years old and we fought the entire time. That was the last time he was invited. Since then, I find other people for my Disney adventures. It has been about 3 years since we last visited the magical place, and it was time.
This time I enlisted my mom and my good friend Marilyn to join me. Of course they were happy to go. We drove all the way to sunny California, although it wasn't sunny at all. Bummer! We spent two days in Disney, one day on the beach (well actually only a few hours), and drove back. It was a short but fun trip. We had a great time.
It is funny to me to see the differences in my kids. Saige loves a good thrill (like her Mama). We had fun going on the scariest roller coasters, fastest rides, and biggest thrill. Paiton is very much of a safe rider. She likes the slow and easy rides, nothing scary for her. Paiton and Grandma got along just fine. Kole wanted to try out all of the scary things, but wasn't big enough which was extremely frustrating for him.
All and all it was really fun. I'm all set for another 3 year break. Here are some pictures to prove it.
