November Thankfuls - Day 12

 

Today I'm thankful for healthy happy kids. A year ago today, our sweet baby Kole was being life-flighted to Primary Children's Hospital with a serious case of the croup. It was the scariest day of my life and I've never felt so helpless. I'm also very grateful for modern medicine and the great doctors we can rely on. 

Today, all kids are healthy and happy little children. I'm sure we will more scary moments ahead of us but for now we are good. My one issue has made me so happy I don't have to deal with major health issues.  I love those kids more than anything and it breaks my heart to see them sick. So, so, so, so thankful for healthy kids. Just looking at these pictures brings tears to my eyes and makes my heart race.
